Legacy Twin Towers

The project implemented by UB HOLDING, one of the largest groups of the Northern Iraqi Kurdish Region (Kurdistan Regional Government), is located in Zakho Happy Park. This project is currently of vital importance for the tourism sector in the autonomous region.

The Legacy Twin Towers project, which has an area of 60,000 m2, includes shops, cafes and restaurants, an entertainment center, a sports center and residences. There is a closed parking lot for 120 vehicles and an open parking lot for 40 vehicles in the project. There are a total of 200 flats and 4 penthouses.
